To move up
Click the component or folder and do one of the following:

Choose the command Edit » Shift Up or click on the
tool in the toolbar. Press the key combination CTRL+Up Arrow.

To move down
Click the component or folder and do one of the following:

Choose the command Edit » Shift Down or click on the
tool in the toolbar. Press the key combination CTRL+Down Arrow .

To sort the items in the folder

Choose the command Edit ยป Arrange folder or click on the
tool in the toolbar.
