The beginning of a new job corresponds to the creation of the Job, which must contain all the projects and documents that will be created later.
To create a new Job
Do one of the following:
To change the title of the Job

Open the Job Properties. Do one of the following:

Right-click inside the Job Panel on the first line (job line) and choose Job Properties.

Press the key combination CTRL+ALT+J.

- In the Job Properties dialog box, select the Job tab in the left pane.
- Set the value of the field Job Title.
The Job is not yet matched with a file on the disk.
To associate a file to the Job

Choose the Save command from the File menu.

Type the file name.

The starting point for creating any graphic document (electrical schematic, PCB) is a Job template file. The default settings, styles, etc. are stored in the Job template files. |
