Sets red, green and blue components only. The alpha component is set to 1 (opaque).

Specifies the red component. Enter a value between 0 and 1. |
green |
Specifies the green component. Enter a value between 0 and 1. |
blue |
Specifies the blue component. Enter a value between 0 and 1. |
Return Value
If the operation ends correctly, it returns true otherwise it returns false.
