This command allows you to draw a series of dimension lines positioned one after the other.

To draw a dimension

  1. Choose the Graphics » Dimension » Continue command or click the tool in the toolbar.

  2. Specify the origin point of the first extension line.

  3. Specify the point of origin of the second extension line. You can use the pointing device or you can open the dialog box for entering values. In the dialog box, the coordinates of the endpoint can be specified as follows:

    • By typing the point coordinates directly.

    • By specifying the offset from the starting point.

    • Specifying the inclination of the line relative to the horizontal axis and its length.

  4. Drag the mouse to adjust the height of the dimension line and click to define the first dimension line.

  5. Drag the mouse and click to define the next dimension Line. Repeat this operation for the remaining dimension lines.

  6. To end the command, press the ENTER key.

The dimension is created with the current Style.
