This command allows you to place a series of pads arranged in two parallel rows.
To place the pads

Choose the Library » Pad » DIL command or click the
tool in the toolbar.
The Pad DIL dialog opens.
In the dialog box, specify the pad number and style and then click Ok.

Place the pads on the PCB and click to insert them into the drawing or press the INS key to open the dialog box where you specify the coordinates.
Commands and options
To repeat the command press the SPACEBAR.
To close the tool without placing the pads press ESC.
To display the tool menu, which has commands for rotating and reflecting objects, press the right mouse button.
