A project and all its content can be removed without deleting it from the Job by simply dragging it into the recycle bin.
To remove a project without deleting it from the Job
Do one of the following:

Click on the project name and drag it to the recycle bin.

Right-click on the project name within the Job Panel to open the menu.
Choose Remove project. This moves the selected project, and all its contents, to the recycle bin.
