This dialog box is used to select the files to open in .
To open a file
Do one of the following:

If you know the group:

In the box on the left, select the group. The list of all files belonging to the group is shown in the box on the right.

Select the file. In the box below, some information about the file is displayed.

Click the Open button.

If you don't know the group:

Enter the name of the file or part of it. The list of corresponding files belonging to all groups is shown.

Select the file. In the box below, some information about the file is displayed.

Click the Open button.

To reopen one of the recently opened files
Click on the arrow to the right of the input box. The list of the last opened files is shown.
Select the file. In the box below, some information about the file is displayed.

Click the Open button.
To open a file external to groups
Click on the button Browse .
The Windows dialog box for selecting the file opens.
Groups of folders
You can create groups of folders to improve file organization and search. When you select a group of folders, the list of all files in the folders belonging to the group is displayed.
To add a group of folders
Click the New group button . The Folder group dialog box opens.
In the Folder group dialog box, specify the group name.
If the new group must be a subset of the one selected, you must clear the Root group box.
To add the folders to the group click on the Add Folder button.
To change the name or list of folders in a group
Click the Edit group button. . The Folder group dialog box opens.
In the Folder group dialog box, specify the group name.
To add folders to the group click on the Add folder button.
To remove a folder from the group, select the folder and click the Remove folder button.
To reset a group of folders
Select the group you want to reset. Only predefined groups can be reset.
Click the Reset group button .
To remove a group of folders
Select the group you want to remove.
Click the Remove group button .
