Starts defining the symbol to add to the symbol list for the device. The symbol definition must be closed with a call to the EndSymbolDefinition function.

Parameters

Parameter Description
name The name of the symbol to be defined.

Return Value

If the function ends correctly it returns true otherwise it returns false.
